Asali Beauty Academy Terms and Conditions

a. Asali Beauty Academy does not provide refunds once the course material has been delivered to the student.

10. Your Liability and Indemnification: a. You agree to fully indemnify Asali Beauty Academy from any actions, claims, demands, costs, expenses, losses, or any other relief claimed against us as a result (directly or indirectly) of:
- Content submitted by you;
- Your use of the Website;
- Your use of the Courses;
- Your breach of these Terms; or
- Any other act or omission or breach of duty on your part.
11. Course Tutors and Support:
a. A Course may, at our discretion, include access to support from a Course Tutor, as outlined in the Course Specification.
b. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to access this support at the specified times and in accordance with our Student Communication Guidelines.
c. Personalized or One-on-One Tutor support is not included with the Courses, unless otherwise specified.
12. General Terms:
a. These Terms are governed by the law of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from, or in connection with, them.
b. Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
c. The Terms are between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of them. You may only assign or transfer your rights or your obligations under the Terms to another person if we agree in writing.

- our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount of money paid by you for products under such contract.
